1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the HauntedHillPlay website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the State of New Jersey.

2. Theatrical Narrative Disclaimer (Important) HauntedHillPlay LLC operates this Site as a theatrical marketing experience for the production House on Haunted Hill. Any references to "The House," "The Guest List," "High-Stakes Stakes," or "Life-and-Death Consequences" are fictional narrative elements intended for entertainment purposes only. No actual gambling, wagering, or physical peril is involved in the use of this Site.

3. Limitation of Liability HauntedHillPlay LLC and its members shall not be liable for any psychological distress, "fear," or perceived consequences arising from engagement with the fictional themes of this production. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this Site—including the script excerpts, "The Architect's Ledger," logos, designs, and the play House on Haunted Hill—is the exclusive property of HauntedHillPlay LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or "remix" any content without express written permission from the Managing Member.

5. User Conduct You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to remove any "Guest" from our mailing list who engages in harassment or attempts to disrupt the theatrical experience for others.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal action related to these terms shall be filed in the courts located in Hudson County, NJ.
